Uncertainty doesn’t scare me; it wakes me up. It makes space for creativity, connection, and unexpected joy.
That mindset guides everything I do. I’ve helped people and organizations speak with honesty, lead with heart, and create moments that make others feel seen, understood, and less alone.
I come from the world of nonprofits and mission-driven work. But what truly fuels me is that electric sense of alignment — when values, people, and purpose click. That’s where the good stuff lives. That’s what I want more of.
I don’t know what’s next. And I love that.
Hello! I’m Adam.
How I Walk the Path
I live for giggles, random trivia, quiet turning points, and the joy that shows up when you’re surrounded by people who care. I try to bring curiosity, care, and a wide-open heart into every room I enter.
I don’t know exactly where this path leads, but I know how I want to walk it: with integrity, with lightness, and with people who believe that doing meaningful work doesn’t have to mean losing yourself.
If that’s the kind of energy you’re drawn to, I’m glad you found your way here — you’re in good company.
Over the years, I’ve worked with mission-driven organizations that challenged me, grounded me, and expanded how I show up in the world. These roles weren’t just jobs — they were chapters in a larger story of connection, service, and growth. Each one taught me something different about inclusion, leadership, creativity, and care.
Portland Adult Education: A place that became more than work — it became a calling. At PAE, I supported adult learners from around the world and helped amplify a mission rooted in dignity, access, and transformation.
Portland Downtown: Here I helped connect community voices with the heart of the city — promoting local businesses, public spaces, and the creative energy that brings downtown Portland, Maine to life.
Pine Tree Society: At this nonprofit focused on disability inclusion, I saw how access, respect, and small gestures of care can shape someone’s experience — and how quiet dignity matters just as much as bold advocacy.
WinterKids: At WinterKids, I witnessed the power of movement, outdoor learning, and childhood joy — and how public health, equity, and fun can work together in beautiful, lasting ways.
Mainebiz: My time at Mainebiz taught me the value of clarity, curiosity, and thoughtful execution — especially in the quiet, behind-the-scenes work that helps great stories land.
