a little more about why I’m here

I came to The Leverage Lab because a workplace experience changed the direction of my life.

What began as concerns about what was happening at work eventually became a much larger effort to understand, document, and address what had happened. That effort led into formal employment and legal processes that are still ongoing.

Because those matters remain in process, I’m intentionally leaving names and identifying details off this page.

What I can say is that the experience left me thinking deeply about workplace culture, power, accountability, communication, and what happens when someone decides to speak clearly about something that isn’t right.

something grew from it

During all of this, I started Gold Seams Project.

It began as a small creative practice: using words and design to make sense of things I was learning and experiencing.

Over time, it has started becoming something more: a collection of observations about clarity, dignity, repair, truth, and the ways people find language for what they already know.

Gold Seams Project lives on Instagram. Check it out here.

let’s stay connected

I’m always glad to meet people thinking seriously about healthier workplaces, accountability, communication, storytelling, and change.
